We prefer email, because a question about a lot or a bid almost always needs the lot number, and that is easier to pass on than over the phone. Put the address of the lot page in your message and we can look at it straight away.

A question about one particular animal

Questions about an animal are best put directly to the seller. Every lot page has a public questions section: the seller is notified there and the answer is immediately visible to others who are interested. Once a purchase is complete, a private conversation opens between buyer and seller for arranging payment and transport.

Becoming a seller

If you want to offer breeding cattle, stud bulls or embryos yourself, sign up through the seller page. We check the business details and the Chamber of Commerce number before a profile goes live. If you have questions about the commission or about how an auction works beforehand, feel free to email us.

A problem with a purchase

If something is not right about an animal you bought, or buyer and seller cannot work it out between them, let us know. We mediate between both parties. What the platform can and cannot do in that case is set out on buyer protection. Report a problem as soon as you can: the fresher the case, the more we can do.
